Directions to your next horse adventure at Amelia Island State Park:

If you are coming to us from:

Georgia, Yulee: From A1A, you will cross over a huge bridge and take a right onto Amelia Island Parkway. “Amelia Island Parkway” turns into Buccaneer Trail. This is turns into A1AS and then turns into First Coast Hwy. Follow A1A South/First Coast Hwy. You will be turning Left before the Grady Bridge.

Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach: From South 14th Street,  you will follow the traffic circle to the left onto From Amelia Island Parkway you will veer right on to Buccaneer Trail. This is turns into A1AS and then turns into First Coast Hwy. Follow A1A South/First Coast Hwy. You will be turning Left before the Grady Bridge.

Jacksonville area: From I-95, or 295 take exit for FL-105N and A1A North/Heckscher Drive. “Heckscher Drive” turns into Buccaneer Trail once you pass into Big Talbot Island. This is still A1A. “Buccaneer Trail” turns into First Coast Hwy. You will be turning Right soon after the bridge. 

– Once you turn into Amelia Island State Park, the road takes a slight turn to the right, our entrance is on the LEFT BEFORE the ticket stall. Look for our banner with the orange sun and horse head silhouette. You will turn left just before our sign. If you go into the parking lot, past the ticket stall, you went to far.

(we are at a new location and Google Maps may still say the former company “Kelly Seahorse Ranch” but rest assured, this is now Happy Trails’ new location. We are waiting for Google to update us.)
